We are looking for our future Buyer/Planner: a committed and autonomous person who, thanks to his or her rigor and negotiating skills, will be able to effectively manage production and purchasing planning as well as the complete procurement cycle.

Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will negotiate and process purchasing transactions, plan the scheduling of orders according to production capacities and delivery dates. He/she will also validate stock availability and supplier lead times. She will ensure sound management of raw material procurement, supplies as well as inventories.

Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the Customer Service Advisor welcomes customers to the showroom, answers inquiries and provides information about products and prices. He/she is the first point of contact for customers, and knows how to respond to their needs to ensure their satisfaction. As a key player in internal sales, he/she is also an indispensable intermediary between external sales and the factory.

The person assigned to this position works, Monday to Friday, in an office environment in the same showroom. Traditionally, the entire team is on vacation for 2 weeks at Christmas and 2 weeks in the summer.
